A couple years ago i was getting my deer mounted and the taxi had a very smally 8 pt rack and he said it came off a fawn. I thought that was pretty crazy.

Seems like there was a game cam pic of a little fawn floating around here that had a little basket rack?

Hey, that's a GMMAT style question, I'm claiming that one, new question posted boys.....

It doesn't really matter what people call them.....a 1.5 yr old animal is a Yearling.

Well Im glad this one isnt debateable.[:'(]

I too call 1.5 yearlings, but what makes us right over people who refer to deer under 1 as yearlings?

I guess it's just like the how old is a mature deer question...[X(]

lets hold hands instead.

Im not arguing, I agree with his definition of a yearling....Doesn't mean I am any more right than the next guy who thinks of a younger deer as a yearling.
