What do your top 5 bucks score?
 

What is the total score of your top 5 bucks?
1. Top 5 taken on public land.
2. Top 5 taken on private land.
3. Top 5 taken on eithor.
Mine is 640" for all 3 since I hunt public land.
This is gross score and not official since only one of my deer have ever been officially scored.

I've only taken 3 bucks all with a rifle and all on private land. This isn't exact but it would be close to 380".

I've only taken 5 bucks, total (all bowkills). The biggest two are just over 100"....and the other three aren't in that ballpark.

All taken on Private land.

rifle- best is 132 and change
bow best is probably 85-95 or so

693" All on Private. I share 120 acres with 4 others guys. Any public ground would be a pretty good drive for me. Those are all Bow kills. I've never even bought a gun tag.

two of my bucks are tweeners, they lived on the edge of both private and public...the other three lived on timber company ground that anyone can hunt.. so its basically public land because its all accessible..even the two that lived on private, anyone could hunt that private..the land was not posted

my top 5 gross score 806, one of which I lost and later found, he grossed 171. If I leave him out, my score drops to 775 for the top five....

the 900 club is a archery only club in which your top 6 whitetails must NET score 900 or more inches

Well I only got littles ones, screwed up my 3 chances @ big ones.
First one - I was 17 and didn't have gun loaded- Dah!.
Second - never found him after arrow hit shoulder - thud!
Third - shot wrong buck - opps!

Anyways, back to your question - Around 300 or so, a spike, 2-sixes & 2 eights.
Public & private land with rifle, pistol and archery, plus a whole lottsa Does

My buddy watched a doe cross a wide open field and let her come right up to him and click! he forgot to pump a shell into the chamber! lol

I put an arrow into a buck who had bases so big I know I couldn't wrap my hand around. I hit him in the shoulder and got no more than 2" penetration.

we can laugh now but I could have cried then!

One of my top 5 isa rifle kill. no you cant count mule deer, but tell us what they scored.

I've never scored 5 bucks? The only two that I have scored was 112 and 110. Both semi private, small 20 acre lots with alot of hunting pressure around.

this is exactly why, IMO, they should have two catogries for P&Y / B&C for private land killed deer and public!

That is a huge total! What were some of your largest ones?? Were they bow kills, gun kills or both?? It doesn't matter, they're still huge!!

My 5 best scored unofficial 654. All on private land, 4 with a gun and 1 with my bow.

I'm not anywhere close to what you guys have!! If I wasn't so picky on passing up on the 120" to 130" bucks I could possibly be in that 600" to 700" range. I'll hide in the corner.;) Kudo's to you guys on the great bucks!! Well done.
