well my bow now is at about 315 fps, and i think i could sacrifice a few fps to make it a little quieter;). from what im seeing on here though, theyre kind of a waste of money.
Congrats, its hard to achieve IBO speeds, especialy on a hunting bow. No peep, no d-loop. Heck those would be some light arrows too.;)
i love my bow, its my favorite bow that ive ever shot anywhere! if you got the money, id check out a fred bear "the truth 2" ;)
lmao! naw, ill stick with my Vectrix, it too is rated for 316, but im only pushing 282 fps, I enjoy the perks of my peep and loop. I also shoot 7 gpp arrows.[&:];) Money is better spent on hunting trips.

I dont think he meant to say its shooting 315 with his set-up, just the fact he got a new bow that has a IBO of 315... Just bad wording...

Oh and cat whiskers are the well... whisker looking things on a bow...;)

that is what i meant. and thats what i thought they were, but i wasnt positive. these did used to work great when i had em on my old bow! thanks for all the help guys!

Put some cat wiskers on your new bow. They will last forever and do a better job of quieting your bow.

The leeches will rip in half in no time.
Ditto, had string leeches one time do not want them again.

More than likely on the speed thing.

But look at how badly fraid that bowstring is, no way I would shoot that.[8D]

I had string leeches on my bow until a few days ago. I took them off and went to cat whiskers and my bow is quieter now.

I had string leeches on my bow but took them off since I have put a string suppressor on my bow. The leeches will tear in time but they do work.
