Turkey hunting and/or Bear hunting always fill the void for me in the Spring. This year I will be hunting Merriams in NE in late March, early April. Then I'll be hunting Easterns in MO. in late April during the split season. I also drew a tag for some public ground here in IL during our 5th week.

I need to find someone who wants to plan a Bear trip in the next year or 2. It's been a while for me and I get the itch every Spring.

Dan
Just curious, where are you hunting at in MO?
Putnam & Sullivan county.

I feel like there is never enough time ina YEAR.. I dont wantit to go by so fast, and it seems like every year itjust flys by faster and faster as I get older..

Spring here means.. bears, turkeys and sheds..

Summer, I absolutely love it because I am off work, my wife too(school teachers) and I can scout/glass bucksevery evening if I choosealong withplaying in the mountains, i.e.camping or fishing/boating/swimming in the rivers/lakes .. summer rocks!

I love summer. Like Shed, I have my summers off, and this year hopefully I will be able to do some 3D shoots, I trout/bass fish a bit, and hopefully some camping as well as glassing the fields up at my cabin. I stay very busy in the summers, and generally enjoy it all around almost as much as during hunting season (maybe a little more because i'm not working at all).
