Interesting, however I find it hard to believe those south Texas golden triangle bucks came from behind a low fence.

Thats neat and all, but I'm not so sure it's the most accurate thing out there.
I'm from Edgar Co. here inIllinois and we are listed at ZERO entries. I know for a fact that this is inaccurate. I can think of 4 that I know were killed in the last 4 or 5 years that for surewould meet the B&C minimums if I'm reading this correctly. I'm sure there are plenty more that I didn't hear or see as well.
All fair chase and wild:
My aunt killed a buck that scored 167"
My friend's dad killed one that scored 177"
A guy that comes into the bowshop I go to killed one that was in the 160's
My neighbor killed one that scored 170
And back in like '92 Ernie Hires killed a HUGE one...the writer Les Davenport called it a "possible world record in the making"
My aunts:

Check out the fourth page. There is a picture of a deer from Ohio. Mickey Lotz is a friend of mine. I didn't realize his buck was that big 206 7/8 dang. I got to get him to take me huntin...
Mickey is a hardcore Trad guy now and is top notch and realy good guy. He an his wife are nice people.
