Do you have Microsoft Excel? If so, you could make your own.

Excel? What's that? I barely know how to operate this keyboard-a-majiggy. LOL jk, no I don't and I wouldn't know how to set it up if I did.

I could do it in Excel pretty easily after looking at the B & C Scoresheet, but if you don't have it on your computer, it would make it pretty hard to use.[:@]

Other than that, I haven't done any HTML programming in years and wouldn't know where to start go "get 'er done" that way.
