cjohnson, I am glad to hear that you like the APG on your General. I havn't seen any APG HD BowTechs in person, but I like the pattern and it should help my bow stand out.

Don't worry Leland, I will have PLENTY of pictures to post whenever the bow comes in and I get her all set-up. My big concern now is finding a target that will withstand the punishment that this bow is going to unleash on it. I think the Morrell Range bag target will be one of my purchases in the near future;)

Hey, some one enlighten me on the "invelvet" finish. I haven't heard of it. Is it just a special coating on the riser? Is it's purpose to help quiet the bow, or as said earlier, not be as cold when holding it?

its made to help quite the bow. and also to be soft and warm to the touch. They say it is a stronger finishes also is resistant to chemicals such as DEET.

The Invelvet is Sweet!! You can actually grab 2 bows which are side by side, one with Invelvet and one without, and you can feel a distinct difference in the temp of the bow. The Invelvet bow feels considerably warmer to the touch.
