What's the fastest bow you ever saw on a chrono. Not one that your friend's unlce's brother shot in the next state over, but one that you witnessed. I saw a 322 fps, but I havn't seen many so, what ya got???

I shot an Airborne the other day at the shop with my 400 grn arrow @ 323 fps, pulling 76lbs. I don't know if it was the 82nd or 101st.

Just playin around.

My current 3D set up is the fastest bow I've seen in person. 62lb 82nd Airborne, 314 grain CXL2 at 330 fps. As you can see, that's still over 5 grains per pound.

Any of us can see faster with fudged light arrows.

I seen High Country's new Speed Force shoot 349. I also seen a High Country Iron Mace shoot 367. Also, a few years ago at the ATA show, I seen a High Country Prototype shoot 407. All of these were with High Country's Speed Pro arrows, which is why they are so quick.

The fastest measured "IBO" set up I have seen through a chrono is my new Airborne 82.
I put the 30" mods in (measured a hair UNDER, like 1/32 under 30") Set the draw weight to 70.3# on my digital scale and shot my 352 GT X-cutters through the chrono at 347fps.
That's with just a brass nock on the string and I didn't do anything special to the timing or change strings etc.
I heard of one Airborne 82 after some fine tuning doing 354fps at 30"/70#

Anyone who quotes a speed, I don't wanna hear it unless you took the time to verify the actual measurements.....AMO draw length, draw weight and arrow weight at 5grs /lb of draw weight. LOL

X Force, last week here at the shop. 29" at 72# hit 350. Consistent though at 345. We sent multiple arrows through to see the differences.

My Marquis hit 318.4 I was impressed with that.

Remember 15 years ago... 280?!?!?!?!
