It really is a small world. Good job Duke for helping out what you thought was a stranger. Thru pm's I've gotten to know Greg pretty well. He's a good guy.

Too bad Greg couldn't be one of the many guys I pulled out of the snow this winter with my Tundra. If he were, I'd've asked to be his apprentice possibly putting me one step closer to "being like him when I grow up".

So, he was very polite huh? My impression of him over PM and briefly on the phone was the same kind of person described here.

Somehow this reminds me of that hemi commercial where those two knuckleheads, were faking breaking down, so they can get a ride with the guy with the hemi truck and live happily ever after. Maybe Greg was fakin it.

Guys, It happened pretty close to the way Duke had mentioned except for a couple of things.

I knew who he was before he even got out of the truck. I remember thinking..... Man, that looks like that guy on HNI. When he rolled down his window and asked if I needed any help, I knew it was him.

Not only did I have a UC hat on but the shirt as well. Sort of my favorite look now days, thanks Andy.

And last, I was not stuck, I had some time to kill so I thought I'd ACT stranded and see if any hot chicks would stop and come to my aid![:-]

Not wanting to give away my secret for picking up chicks, I accepted his offer of help. [8D]

Thanks Duke, I appreciated the help. That Lone Wolf rope surprised me for how strong it was. I have 4 of them that I never use, sitting in a drawer, I think I'll put them in the back of my truck.

BTW, being polite is another one of my tricks that I use when I need help from someone. You'd be surprised at how good that works![:-]

Thanks again
GregH
