RE: New PA State Record Archery Non-typical
Ok I dunno if this is it or not. But I heard from a very good source that A HUGE deer was taken form the Pittsburgh Airport. The actual grounds of the Airport. I guess a few "select" people can get in there. Kinda odd considering homeland security and all.
Anyone else here this? I heard the same story from 2 good and unconnected people. |

RE: New PA State Record Archery Non-typical
from this article http://www.pittsburghlive.com/x/pittsburghtrib/news/cityregion/s_541372.html
Twelve airport employees are authorized to hunt in 24-hour cycles, primarily during hunting season, said airport spokeswoman JoAnn Jenny. The FAA requires airports to have wildlife management plans, but the USDA wants a more comprehensive approach to make areas at Pittsburgh International inhospitable to wildlife, such as eliminating standing water and reducing grass lengths. Wow nothing like a private "high fence" for the good of mankind huh? 9000 acres |
