I sent some flowers to my wife at work. She's always saying how she never gets any, so I fixed that!
Otherwise, we took the evening off of working on the farm and just watched a couple movies. Cranked up the wood stove so it was nice and toasty, and grabbed a dusty & nearly frozen bottle of wine from the cellar. It was relaxing... we like the simple side of things most of the time. |

My girlfriend was loaded with presents from Xmas, on valentine's day I justgave her a weekend at disneyland Paris for her and her kid. And later that evening we went for a classic italian dinner at my favourit italian mobster restaurant. After that I was responsible for the bar at my local range, so my girlfriend took over and all the older guys spent their shoot out hangin' at the bar, googling my misses and bustin' my chops....

Nothing......well a card is all,she wont wear diamonds or gold let alone silver,she dosnt care for flowers.I have bought enough Diamonds and Goldover the years to buy a Nice new car +and they sit in a drawer,or in her dresser....
My wife is a hard working simple gal with old values,dosnt wear makeup or dresses,she is not what some people call.... High maintinance...She is a Loving mom and wants us(as in me and the boys)to be happy,she never ask's for anything and seldom buys stuff for herself.... She is the Love of my life..... |

Am I the only one here weighing out the options.... 8* carat diamond ring or a down payment+ on a new house 8** carat diamond ringorsending your kids to college 8*** carat diamond ring or new cars for HIM and for HER with plenty to spare 8**** carat diamond ring or Custom Harleys for the whole family! 8***** carat diamond ringorsome real investments to make $ into $$$ I guess if you're into that sorta thing...where the bigger a diamond is...it means he loves you more...or it compensates for something. Or maybe just a preference in jewelry... but I'd never go for that sorta thing. Simple and elegant.... It's a nice ring though. The the dozen arrows however...sound AWESOME! BTW, it's not a canary diamond as those are yellow.
