RE: Ever wake up, roll over and think...

It depends what you are looking for. If you want a smooth drawing, absolutely no hand shock, quietest bow you have ever shot, then Go with the General. If you want a smooth draw, that has a little jump to it at the shot(and when i say little i mean very little cuz I am use to a Guardian), but will scream those arrows so fast your jaw drops go with the 82.

Ever wake up, roll over and think... It just might be the day for a new bow?
Every day! But I've gotthis little red haired womanwho immediately reminds me I'm married, have a mortgage, bills and I've got caviar tastes on a beer nuts budget.[&o][&:];)

Myself, I've got the hots for a Bowtech Commander.

I seem to constantly tinker and or switch gear but have slowed down considerably since my younger days - I used to impulse buy like a druken sailor but now have adopted the motto if it aint broke don't fix it - wife loves the new motto

If you are seriously looking for a Bowtech. Shoot as many of the models as you can get your hands on. There will be one that just feels best to you:DLast year for me that ended up being the Guardian.

As far as 08 the jury is still out for me;)

I heard the 82nd just about tickles your pickle when you draw it back.

If you do not want the Katera and do not mind sacrificing a few feet per second. Check out the Avenger by Hoyt. I'm a Hoyt only guy so I would say stick with Hoyt
