Sighted my bow in, earlier.....then all of a sudden I noticed the peep had spun out of place. OK....it's a new string....I twist it back. It's gonna settle in, eventually.

Well....the next few arrows are all low and right. I notice the D-loop is loose. I can turn it fairly easily. I don't think it's creeped up and down....but it will spin on the serving.

What (technically) just happened? Everything was great!

The way you were talking about your loop on the phone, I was worried about that. It was explained to me that those camo loop material like you put on don't tighten as the other kind. I used green on mine and I also have black. Like I said on the phone, might want to change that. If the nocks are served, they cannot move so that's not an issue. Are you at center shot, level? Did the peep move up/down?

I think if you can twist the loop on the serving, there's a good chance it HAS crept. -unless of course you have brass nocks holding it in place. Creeping would explain the low poi.

Can you run it out to your shop?

I'll get 'em to re-tie it....and I'll start all over.
