Default How many deer?

I would like to know what kind of broadhead you use and how many deer you have got with it.

I've shot 15 with the thunderhead 125's, before that 7 with rocky mountain razors. I will never switch from the thunderheads.

70+ mulies and WT's with muzzy 150's, 125's and lately 100's
Many more with the early wasps and several with the plain ole 2 blade bear with inserts.

I wouldn't begin to count, I've used Muzzy 100 grain 3 Blade for over 10 years, so into the 20 some at least...including a bull elk and black bear....before that I used Thunderheads but don't like how they assemble, before that, Wasp...before that, I don't recall. The last deer I shot was with a Rocky Mountain Snyper but will always have Muzzy'w with me.

I have only been bowhunting seriously for 4 years. I like to experiment....so I've tried several.I pretty much have decided on Spitfire 100 3b mechanicals and if I wanted fixed it would be Muzzy 100 3b. My current breakdown : 5 w/Spitfires 3b
4 w/Muzzy 3b
2 w/GT First Cut 90 2b
1 w/Rocky Mnt Gator 2b
1 w/Rocky Mnt Snyper 2b
1 w/Rocket Hammerhead 3b

1st broadhead - Bear Razorhead 125 = dozens of WT

2nd - Satelite Red Fury ? = a handful of Deer. Pitched them after cutting left thumb and first two finger tips while attaching to arrow. Probably why someone invented a broadhead wrench. Also blade thickness just wasn't there.

3rd - Rothaar Delta Snuffer glue-on's = another dozen or so.

4th - Thunderhead 100's = ?

5th - Vortex 100's = 8 WT

6th - Rocket Sidewinder 85gr = 1 Didn't care for the performance on tha harvest.

Gone back to #4, another WT since. I am currently trying out some Muzzy 100 gr 4B with practice blades. Jury's still out on them until I try 5" vanes.
