I just got a new lease! It is only a 1 acre lot of woods surrounded by corn and soy beans. And about 500 yards away is state gamelands. The reason im excited is because this is private property and the deer come off the state land to retreat here. I went and looked at it today and jumped 3 deer in there. Should be a good woods when they start getting the pressure of all the small game hunters for sure!

Thats really interesting... i doubt i could afford that. Congradulations! 1 acre is actually more than plenty if the deer are utilizing the area.
