Default Is it worth it?????

I was wondering if it was worth my time to used a nocking loop(the loop that people use to attach their release to. All input is appreciated.

I used to come right off the string. IMO it gives a smoother release and it's not expensive.

That's something you won't know until you try it. I know that on bows under 38" long with my 33" draw, a loop was mandatory. The arrows would pinch right off the string when I tried hooking directly to the string. If you'll look closely at anyone that's shooting a shorter bow and hooks direct to the string, the string is running at such an angle thru the nock that the arrow is halfway off the string. I don't like that, at all. Primarily, I feel it's unsafe to shoot an arrow unless the nock is fully seated on the string. Secondarily, it can't be good for accuracy.

STRING LOOP IS A GOOD WAY TO GO...THERE ARE ALSO ULTRA NOKS, THAT WORK WELL, THOU I NOTICE SOME NOCK SLOP, BUT MY RELEASE WAS EASIER TO ATTACH AND THE PEEP LINED UP. A LOOP IS A GOOD WAY TO GO AND IT CUT DOWN ON SERVING WEAR.

i switched over to loops and glad I did. As stated saves the serving and makes the release smoother! Every little bite helps!

I use one, I like it mainly becuse it holds my arrow on the string better this way.
