It just doesnt make sense to me that that the govt is sending everyone checks, leaving it in the general publics hands to make good decisions, you know how many will spend it gambling or on other stupid crap? If I understand it, the goal is to help spur the economy AND help people with tight money issues.

Why dont they save this money and instead put it intoreducing gas prices for a few months or reduce the cost of other necessities that will affect everyone in a good way?

It worked the last time it was done.Spending money is spending money and it goes back into the economy regardless of what it is spent on.


You get the money so use it for gas if you want,that is the same thing as reducing the gas price.

Guns are nice to have. I need to invest in a decent varmint/squirrel gun myself! I'm looking at getting a 22 caliber, any ideas?

.17 will work perfect.

I am partial to my 22 250 because I like to shoot yotes as well (long range style)

ok more questions/comments. i watchede the video on yahoo. It aint been passed by senate or house, what are the chances its gets shot down here?

I was at the gym today and I thought I saw on the closed caption that it was a done deal ....... maybe not .... someone with high speed internet find out :D
Update for those that don't know .... The President created it and it has received a kudos from congress .... it now just has to be signed in ..... it's a 99.9% for sure ...
