Boy that is a tough one, I love venison. But I had the pleasure of eating elk and moose, both were unbelievably good. I also got to eat alot of wild hog down in Texas. Cooked right it is very delicous. I think it was almost as much fun eating it as it was hunting it.

The elk I shot was incredible, it's hard to imagine a better "wild" animal but I haven't eaten moose and I hear it's better. I voted elk of the ones I've had off that list.

At this point there were no votes for Moose and I would definitely consider it one of the top 2.Elk and Moose, Yummy!!
