Default Should I Go Hunting?

It's 34 deg out, a mix of light rain/sleet/snow. Winds are to be out of North at 5 to 10 mph (Later gusting to 15 mph), the high today is 48 deg.

My Season is still open. No buck yet. Should I go? If so, where would you set up?

Hell yeah, Back in Oct/Nov we prayed for that kind of weather, perhaps even colder so the deer picked it up a bit. Get your arse in a tree!

Close to a field an anything that is green an eatable like honeysuckle. I am not going till next weekend.

as you know, our deer aren't used to this cold weather any more than we are! I actually don't see many deer on these cold mornings...I elected to stay in this morning and head out around noon and hunt the afternoon.

I wish it was that ideal here..............we got -17 dgree temps with wind chill advisories in the -40's

That sounds like perfect hunting weather and the big boys will most likely be moving if it is raining lightly

im going and im in middle-north georgia and we are getting up to 6 inches. this is the first time it has snowed in three years. lol

Hows the deer traffic in your livingroom?? (Just Kidding)...Heck any chance i could get to go, i'd be gone....Season ended here on Jan 6 and I am already going nuts waiting for mid Sept.... Get out there and good luck....
