Age, score and do you shoot this deer?

Definately 3.5 years old. Score 130 let him go 1 year if there is lots of hunting pressure. Let him go 2 years if there isn't a ton of hunting pressure. let him go 3 years if there is little to no hunting pressure. let him go 4 years if you want the deer of a lifetime.

Ahhhhh... shoot him. I believe you get more than one buck tag right????? If I found something better to shoot with the first tag I probably would wait on this one as number 2, but I think I'd take him out as the first buck. I like to shoot one bigger each time.

I don't see this buck scoring as high as alot of others are guessing. From what I see, he would probablly gross in the low 120" range. The pictures from the back are VERY deceiving and will always make a buck look much larger than they actually are. The front picture is also deceiving because the bucks ears are pinned back. Also, being that it is a Texas buck, the body will be smaller than what alot of the guys from the North and Midwest are use to, and this will make the antlers look bigger. If I had to guess, I would say that he was right around 123" gross and a 3.5 year old. As far as shooting him goes, thats all on you buddy, if you wouldn't be happy with him then pass, if you would be happy then let the air out of him and all the guys here will be waiting to give you a big congrats!

Our local deer genetics are more similar to Kansas deer (probably not quite as good but darn close)as compared todeer "down state". I am only about 125 miles to Kansas but over 450 miles to the area that typifies most of what is considered Texas as it relates to deer hunting.

3.5 probably.. Would I shoot him? Depends on where I was hunting but yes probably. If you know there are better deer or if you have shot several that size then maybe not.. Would it be your best, is he the biggest you've seen on your property, if you pass will the neighbor shoot him at first glance.. etc etc..
