205 acres forested around Colorado Springs ?

you are a VERY wealthy person - I'm jealous. I'm guessing a spread like would fetch several million. I lived in Colorado Springs, thats ultra expensive property especially if you move into the Manitou Springs and Woodland Park areas. If you're not in mtn country, rather the foothills, not as expensive but very pricey. Average home prices average $190,000 with no land.

Old trick, they let him out of a pinthinking that might help close the deal. Good luck on your new land.
