I think he probably will go P&Y, but he is a young buck. Give him a couple of years and he will go B&C!

Easily...as a 10 point, you have the extra tine, added beam length and extra circumference measurement over a similar sized 8. Brow tines are pretty nice too. I'd say mid to low 130's. Good luck.
What? I thought that all bucks regardlessif he's a fork or a 16 pointerget a standard 4 mass measurements?

Buckeye, wanna chime in on this?

There are 4 standard mass measurementson the P&Y scoring sheet.

An 8 point would get all 4 circumference measurements but less would not. The 8 point's last mesurement is taken between the last point and tip of the beam. That usually causes the last mass measurement to take a hit

I would bet he makes it with a few inches to spare.

And he has a built in target in the first pic. Hit him in that bare spot and you might just see him fall over. Good luck getting him.

All deer get 4 mass measurements. 10 pointers will get 1-2 inches more from the h-4 measurements because antlers are thicker between tines then they are half way to the tip of the beam. 10 pointers of similar size to an 8 pointer usually have 6-10 inches more depending on the length of the g-4s.

What looks more impressive..... a 150 8 point or a 150 10 point?

Im gonna say he would be real close to the 125 range. Not alot of mass on those horns. You can tell he is a Pa. deer.
