I don't know you, but I've enjoyed your posts so I feel as though I can at least comment on this.
My wife and I have two children safe in the arms of our Lord. We've lost two children to miscarriages and while I cannot (nor will not) take your pain away...I do know that God has blessed us with two more children. My two boys are the light of my life. I understand how getting away into the woods can help, but what helps even more is to share your heart with your wife. Tell you mother in law to butt out and take comfort in the arms of God and your wife.
As far as Lilly, I thought the same way after our 1st miscarriage. I was comfortable not having any children, but God had other plans. Jennie got pregnant again 2-3 months later. I let the pain of that miscarriage rob me of the joy of that pregnancy. I refused to allow myself to feel, and as a result I missed emotionally the first 2 trimesters of the prenancy. It was when I first felt Aslan move that I started to melt the icy wall I put up.
While having only 1 child is great...you rob yourself of the possiblity of having another blessing in the form of a sweet child. I am glad that we didn't stop after the 1st or 2nd loss.

I feel for you BRO!! My wife had one mis before our first a boy. Then see had 4 more, our Doctor sent us to a specialist ,she tried a new procedure. I gave 2 pints of blood and they broke it down for all my white blood cells. Then they injected the white blood cells under my wifes skin. It worked!! we had a baby Girl. Maybe you can ask your doctor about this procedure. Good Luck and God Bless
