I have to have my 5th surgery on my back. Just got from the doctor and he advices another fusion at L4-L5 already have a cage at L5-S1.

I hate that charile. I've been putting off fusion for 3 years now. Exact same as yours (L4-L5 and L5-S1).
Good luck bud, hopefully this will end the pain.
I go today for another spinal injection then next week is my discography. I'm not looking forward to that.
