Thats the kind of picture that makes everything you thought was bad seem like nothing. I cant, nore would I want to try to imagine what that young man is going through in that picture. Good post. Deffinetly one of those things that can make you take a minute and look at life just a bit differently.

thats sad but it is what is happening, could never be thankful enough for those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for us to live free

I do a LOT of veteran funerals with the VFW color guard. I have never felt like it was a chore. These guys earned that attention. A gun salute and a folded flag do wonders for a family having closure.

That sure does make you think of all the people that faught for and are fighting for our freedom. what a brave little guy.

GOD BLESS OUR ARMED FORCES AND THEIR FAMILIES THAT SACRIFICE SO MUCH FOR OUR FREEDOM. DON'T EVER TAKE IT FOR GRANTED!

My son is in the Air Force and the day he joined was the day he became MY HERO! I told him that and I have thanked him numerous times. And to be honest, I couldn't be more prouder!

I would also love to thank all the people that are over their taking care of business. I Pray they stay safe and return home to their loved ones!!!

Priceless...

We take so much for granted that we forget freedom has a price. I salute those who have served/are serving, their families and loved ones, and those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. This photo makes me want to strangle freeloaders...
