-3D archery & now traditional archery
-Flyfishing / Flytying (I was an Orvis guide and casting instructor for years)
-Wildlife Art
-Some gun stuff, mainly fun guns (AR's, pistols etcand black powder)
-Golf (I went from a pretty good game to a long hitting suck)
-Sports guy, love baseball and football.
-dabble but suck at Turkey hunting
-Predator hunting (mostly fox) but used to trap as well

Alot of us have alot of the same interestes. That's pretty cool.

I am an avid fisherman. I fish for bass mostly, but also alot of crappies fishing, catfishing, musky and flyfishing. There's a good supply of whitebass in a creek close to the house. And huge 'gills. And I bowfish ALOT in the summertime. That's 3 or 4 hobbies rolled into one (wait till I finish my boat).
I'm into motorcycles. Sold my Honda last year and am now hoping for a nice Harley soon.
Poker/cards alot. Me and some buddies get together about once every 3 or 4 weeks and take turns hosting. Dealer calls the game and deals around the table, then next guys deals and picks his game. Omaha hi-low, Texas holden, 357, different poker games, etc. Always fun.
Me and my wife have kayaks and we drift down the rivers and creeks or around the lakes by our house. We camp and hike alot in the summer.

Jeeze, I could go on and on I guess. Pretty much just don't sit around alot. We have no kids so we do whatever we want when we want.

I keep busy with my 9yr. old son and 11yr. old daughter in the off season.
They love to fish and swim.
I do get some time to fly-fish, trout only.
During the winter into spring I'll plan a smallremodelling project. Something
like new base and trim, paint ,etc. Something my limited ability allows.
I also keep up with my weight lifting, 3-4 days a week.
I also spend time with my wife when we can find a baby-sitter.

Other then deer hunting about my only other true hobbie is riding my Harley ...Ive been riding bikes for 43 years and work for Harley.

man I taught kayaking for the metro parks for a coupla years. I wish i was still into that.....certainly keeps the fat off a bit.

I play a lot of hockey during the winter and also ref hockey too. Other than that, I do a lot of the same stuff you guys do. A ton of fishing, hiking, camping. I play with Car audio quite a bit too.

In addition to bow hunting whitetails I spend most of my time in a woodshop. My career is my hobby. I am a shop teacher of 15 years. 8 years ago I became an administrator at the high school I work at but I still get to teach one wood class. Below is the bed I made my wife, she wanted to pay 3 grand in amish country so I put ona neck beard and built it for $500.00 out of solid cherry. Used to love fishing but it just doesn't compare with the thrill of hunting. Used to bird hunt but my english setter moved on to the big switch grass field in the sky two seasons ago.

Beautiful work Tom, my father also does a lot of custom word work, I love hanging around his shop. Nothing like the smell of fresh cut wood.

My true passion is marlin fishing. Luckily, i share this with my father and i have been fortunate enough to spend countless hours with him out on the rip. We have fished the entire East Coast, throughout the Caribbean from the Bahamas to St. Thomas, Bermuda, Mexico, Central America and Hawaii. We have won many tournaments and i have been lucky to set a couple records. When not hunting or chasing marlin, i enjoy hitting the gym to stay in shape, surfing and in the spring i try to turkey hunt, but i am no good at it.

Diesel, those are blue marlin that i caught in St. Thomas. I fish the full moons down there on my fathers boat. Normally get 2-3 shots a day, sometimes more. Biggest i caught last summer went 600 pounds on 50 pound standup tackle.

Now looking back at the pic, you are right, i have to hit the gym harder!

Personally there are only 2 seasons and they overlap. Hunting Season and Golf Season!

Beside these #1 Priority is family and spending time with them!

Love thelong weekend get-aways withMy wife, Lori, to Vegas a couple or 3 times a year.

We enjoy Poker Tournaments either live games or online.

Playing All sports... Watching The Yankees and The Steelers.

I was really into hockey growing up. I was decent at it too (all state in HS [8D]). I played one season for Michigan my freshman year of college as a walkon, but then I gave it up. My left knee is shot now.

Now, when I'm not hunting, I spend my days giving pony rides around the family room. ;)

I coach Little League Baseball & Softball.

I Spend ALOT of time planting food plots - and playing with my Trail Cameras.

I collect, buy & sell OLD bottles - most 1800s Medicines & Whiskeys!

Wow!!! That is alot of different hobbies or what ever you want to call them. I find it very interesting to read what you all do outside of Bow hunting. It will be a couple years before I think about starting a family, but I know that I will be very involved with them as many of you are. Hopefully hunting will be a big part of our lives.

Wow. After reading all of these hobbies I've got to pick up some more.

After deer season goes out I try to work as much over time as I can until turkey season comes in April 1st. Until May 1st, I can't be found. The only thing I love more than deer hunting with my bow is turkey hunting.

Then after turkey season goes out I can be found working more OT, catfishing, bass fishing, skeet shooting, four wheelers, and a few other things.

been working on my 33 Ford Vicky hotrod for 9yrs now(will put up pic)also try and give my 3 Harleys some attention then need to ride the ATVs some also get out and burn some fuel up in the Ranger to find bass and Musky,spend alot of time pulling the children around the lake behind the pontoon,just bought a snowcat yesterday so now I will be doing some sledding with the children also getting back into IceFishin,shoot my AR and handguns,into Trad,compond and CB bows so I shoot them alot(shoulder surgey this fall[&o]).
Other then that.....WORK........

Shoot Dart League from Jan. till end of April (computer hunting with bow)
Shoot 3-Dspring and summerandTurkey hunt in the sping. Work too much over the summer with house and lawn. Scout and hang stands late summer early fall. Bow Hunt end of Oct. and Nov.
