50mph winds busts trees here, especially in and aroundlodge pole pine stands. No thanks!

I was in your backyard on Monday. Wow, what a fricking wind. The morning started out wet and the wind never let up. I flew out of National in the afternoon. While driving to the airport, I was looking for planes taking off and landing. It made me feel good it was so windy since I had to work. Next week watch out. I'm going to kill some deer.

Maybe the figured nobody was crazy enough to be in a tree hunting them.

I'm changing my thought process on hunting high wind days. I too saw a lot of deer in the fields at work on those two windy days you speak of. Granted these deer are not hunted but they are never out and visable in the numbers I sawthose 2 days.
