Default a tuning dilemma.....

so i was paper tuning my bow and i got it to the point it was punching a hole with three lines around it. However, when i look at my nocked arrow, not drawn, it is clearly not perpindicular to the bowstring. It is too low (as in the angle from the top half of string and the arrow is more than 90 degrees, almost 105 degrees). Is there something wrong?
thanks for any help

Try shooting thru paper at different distances, like 6ft,9ft,12ft.

So did you arrive at the perfect tear as a result of moving your nocking point and/or arrow rest? If you did, and you wound up with the nocking point a little low of perpendicular, does the bow pass the other tuning tests? Like walk back and BH vs field points. If it does, don't worry about it. Most of the time, though, the perfect tune spot winds up with the arrow rest about 13/16" of an inch out from the riser (+-1/16") - arrow right down the middle of the Berger hole - and the nocking point about 3/16" above perpendicular. But it is what it is . . . unless there is some other issue going on - like incorrect arrow spine, fletching clearance, cam timing, etc.
