wHEN DO THE BUCKS START TO GROW NEW ANTLERS AND WHEN DO THE FULLY MATURE TO WHEREE THERE RUBING IT OFF

Here in nevada the deer start growing there antlers in april or may. They start rubing off the velvet in late august.

Nearly all the antlered animals (bulls) in Alaska start growing antlers in the early spring like late March to early April, and are shedding their velvet around late August to early Sept. The blacktails on the coast start losing their velvet a little later I believe, maybe up to a month later.
