Default Got one! (pics)

Well guys Ive hunted hard this year. Started in September bowhunting till the end of October. Then rifle season open. Ive hunted evry weekend since Sept. Seen alot of good bucks, but just didnt work out. Now, its the beginning of Thanksgiving weekend. My dad got off work a little later than we would have liked so we didnt get to the property till about 3:50pm. So today i decided i would let my dad get in the box today and i would sit in the truck by the tank and wait. So on the way in we saw 3 doe in a little corner on the other side of the tank, which made us confident. Now, a cold fornt had just come in. I mean we actually went throug the head of it. When we got in the truck you could where short and T- shirt, but by the time we got to the lease u HAD to have a jacket on. So we knew deer would move. Anyways, after i dropped him up and parked, i look through a clearing and see a deer. I saw it was big so i drove around the woods to see. Now when i got around the wind was blowing in my face about 20 mph so he never saw or heard me. I looked through my binocs and realized he was a shooter. The whole time i saw him he had his head down and smelling those does. So before he got to the woods i settled my scope on his shoulder and put the 150 grain boattail hollowpoint in him. Ran 20 yards in the woods and jumped the creek. Shot at about 5 after 4:00.Man all the work this entire year payed off. Sorry, i know it wasnt with a bow but just thought i would let yall know. Weird thing is, the weekend has just begun. I still have a buck and 2 doe tags.
