I think itsa hunting tradition. Opening day and thanksgiving are two days youjust about bet on that allhunters will be out there! Including me

Looks like they lowered the chance for rain here, but I'm going out regardless. Not a huge fan of hunting early on an almost full moon, but I have to get in what I can before the typical holiday get-together around 1PM. Will be hunting all day Friday and Saturday when the cold weather moves in!

i almost got shot the day before thanksgiving by a shotgun twice. he claims he didnt see us when a deer ran right in front of us. and we were on the main entrance road. close to entrance. but i think i am going again

i usually hunt every thanksgiving day morning, hoping to get that thanksgiving buck! havent connected yet in the past, but hoping to change that in the morn when the temps drop and the snow comes in!!
