I need to learn how to cook venison. I got the jerky making process DOWN !! but Ive got 5 deer worth of meat sitting in the freezer and dont know how to cook it. haha, ok, well less than 5 because I gave alot to my buddy.

As soon as hunting season winds down.....I'm on a mission. We're gonna be remodeling the house (I think
) and my days of leisure are behind me for a while. She gets a new kitchen.....I get a man-cave!
