I have a feeling I will see something bigger than I normally do tomorrow, not sure if I will connect. I have been invited up to hunt next to the mountains in Loudoun County here in VA with an old friend of mine. The deer are alot bigger up there and he has a small farm. Have hunted with him in 12 years..I am Pumped!

I'm not shooting 'til he does.....so I'm not feeling THAT much of "that feeling"...lol

I have a feeling, that I really want to be in a stand tomorrow morning. It is getting cool and overcast here, the air is just tingley.I really like the feel of the weather this afternoon. Of course, I am stuck in the office this evening. Tomorrow will be a good morning, I can feel it. Now, whether "the one" shows up, I don't know. But I will.

I have a feeling I'm going to see 2 does 72 yards away on saturday morning. Nothing Saturday afternoon. Two different 1.5 year old bucks sunday morning (one within bowrange) and 4 does sunday afternoon (2 early in the afternoon and 2 later). The two early ones will be within bowrange and the other two 60 yards away.

After being SKUNKED this morning i got a little discouraged (it was like 25mph winds...)

BUT, i just got back from doing some scouting this evening and the deer were EVERYWHERE. I saw one STUD and several other good bucks. Seeing a lot of chasing in my food plot. Guess i should be hunting evenings! [:-]

I'll be handling a lot of big antlers this weekend. Just not from anything I killed.

I will be helping my taxi friend skin out deer heads to get ready to mount. He usually gets in about 100-150 this weekend in IL. With the temps supposed to be in the 60's, we can't let them sit around too long.

I'll post pics of some of the monsters.
