Buck Story....
OK, here it is... We went out in the morning of November the 5th on some public archery only land. We always say in order to have the best hunting you gotta put yourself in the right place. We do our homework and sometimes those places arent the most convienient. It was about a 2 and a half mile hike. So we set up our lone wolf stands ( the best stand on the market ) about 70 yards apart. We saw alot of deer movement including a nice 8 pointer chasing doe. We passed him up and the big boy came out.. he was headed right for my buddys stand, about 25 yards out. My buddy made a noise to stop him and kill shot broadside... He kind of flipped his tail pounced around and took off, dropped dead right around my stand so about 80 yards. Field dressed at 228. My buddy shoots a bowtech triumph, trophyridge sight, G5 montechs. It was a good day....here are the pics again
