RE: is the rut in central il on?
 

finally seen some activity going on. i hunted all day sunday and seen 10 does and five bucks. best sit this year.one buck was trailingtwo does, two bucks traveling together,one buck with four does,one buck walking alone.none of the bucks seemed interested at the can or the grunt call.still no chasing going on.headingto hunt this morning i seen a total of five bucks chasing does out in the corn fields. two were really nice bucks with the same hot doe and man was she hot. ive never seen a doe all hunched up like that. to bad i didnt see anything in my stand but its sure nice to see them finally chasing.
