even if you do or dont abide by his regulations. (which i would.) you need to make sure that you will have rights to the land another year. if not the its probly not worth it. this guy is looking for the quick fix. i would tell him you need to think about it. then if you dont get one by the time it gets close to the end of season take him up on his offer.

If it meant hunting the place next year w/o restrictions I would go for it..........it's only one tag and it might get you into a spot next year where you could kill a booner or two!
