25 to 30 lb day pack.. 70 to 90 lbs with an elk quarter :D

My pack weighs in at about 12 lbs :

doe pee/tarsal scent
rattle bag
primos can
grunt tube
20' haul rope for the bow
rope for deer drag
bow hanger
bino's
range finder
knife
rain gear and extra l/s t-shirt
med. gloves for gutting
roller gause and bandages
gloves
head net...I think thats it ....oh and lunch

Wintertime: without deer 30#, with deer 90#. That includes overnight gear (sleeping bag, bivy, extra clothes), food for 2 days, crampons, calls and if the bears aren't in their dens yet add 5# for the .44 mag.
