yes i hope it works out. im looking forward to having my own land to put out stands, watch wildlife, ride atv's, camp, hunt, fish. just want to make sure i do all the right things in the purchase process. i have only spoke to the lawyer a little bit. we will be meeting with him in the next few days

You don't need a damn lawyer to buy land. Any reputable real-estate company will iron out all the details. Just put a contract on something. If you buy directly from the land owner use an agent to help make sure all is done properly.
