What is it during bow sesaon? I wake and think its too early and go back to bed.

I hop out of bed like a shot if I know I'm going hunting and I set my alarm hours to early.
After a few days of solid rain with the wind blowing like a banshee the AM can't come to early. Gonna have a light 3mph breeze out of the north and the woods will be damp and quiet.
The only problem is theSox don't start till 8:30 which is very close to bed time.

Usually I think of how many pieces of shrapnel my shotgun could make of that accursed alarm clock![8D]

This is easy, I just ask the wife, you want to fool around. No to early why don't you go hunting. Why didn't I think of that.

Funny...I ask mine the same, next thing I know it's lunch time, too late to go....

My old lady resembles a coma patient at 4am, so I am guaranteed to be going hunting......Hehe

What do I think of? .....Is this gonna be "THE" day, of course. The day that makes mywhole hunting career. The hunt that dreams are made of.....

The first thing I think of when I wake up,is how I shouldn't have killed that small 7pt, thinking he was a nice 8pt, at last light on Sat.A lesson learned the hard way, andhonestly, I'mbeside myself over it. I I'll be hunting the rut in Pa with my video cam instead.[&o] I needed to vent!
