    When did the first compound bow hit the market and what company made it. I am just curious. What was the poundage and the length, material that it was made of, ect.
    I don't know how to download photos so I thought I ask questions. I don't remember seeing them in the 60's.

    I THINK Bear made the first compound. And I don't think it was the Whitetail Hunter......Wonder if archeryhistory.com might have that answer....
