Tragic to hear and I can't even begin to imagine what his family and friends are going through. Will keep his family, friends, and community in my prayers through this difficult time.

Benewah County Sheriff investigating hunter's death

The Benewah County Sheriff's Office is investigating the shooting death of a 32-year-old hunter.

The body of Brian Hill was found by another hunter around 8:59 this morning on XMas Hills Road near St. Maries.

The sheriff's department is not releasing additional details at this time.
