Had I known that I was going to be coughing, I would have had one with me. Got up there and the wind started blowing and the sinuses started draining. Next thing you know, my lungs are rattlin. So I exhaled hard and it pretty much sounded like a deer blowing. But I was busted anyway.

BTW Sawsome is how you pronounce deer in Korean. The Awesome Sawsome Jerky is made with a Korean beef marinade. Everyone who has tried it has pronounced it handsdown the best Jerky they've ever had. I also have a recipe I made up for the best dang venison chili there is (if you like spicy chili). |

I can't give up what I don't have. My wife (Korean by birth) makes the marinade while I am slicing the venison. Next time your in south central Iowa contact me and I'll let you try it though.
