Bigtime you clearly misread my post. I actually said I don't hunt land that is not posted to legal standards because I just don't feel comfortable.
That being said if you don't like the law concerning posted land in your area then work to change it. I would not knowingly trespass but maybe you should break down every few years and freshen up your signs.

PS..You have to be right out of your mind to suggest that shooting someoneon anyones land should be a concern!!

Page 98 of the digest says it is legal to bait in the southeastern special regulations areas.
Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties

Okay thank you.. i thought for a second i was crazy.. that makes sense as to why i had never been able to bait in my part of the state.. i always thought it was statewide.. thats nice to learn that i was wrong, but i also see its in the part of the state where deer run like crazy right through towns, they pry allow baiting there to keep the populations under control..

I'm not on the main point of the original thread, but why would you go to PA for better bucks? I would have thought MO would have the better.
