Yep, got over 900acher in Louisianna that I have not even been on in over 15 years, and have not hunted it in over 20 years. I live too far away. I own land closer to me, here in Texas, so I tend to stick close to home.

And if you do, and it's in MO.....give me a call, I'll control the deer population for you....

Nope. In fact, I don't own any ground at all.....Sure wish I did though.

I have some that I usually hunt, but due to my wife's and my own injuries have not been able to hunt. At least yet. We're hoping that she's ready to drive by the end of next week, so maybe next weekend. If not then, then probably not this year since we are going to Wisconsin first week of November.

Same here[>:], reason I asked the question. Another state and not that far away.........NR license fees and gas prices keep me from hunting it. Deer and turkey on it, but not a hunting mecca.

I bought 160 acres this year & I have not hunted it yet. Planning on going up tonight for some scouting. I looks promising, but has some built in obstacles that I need to figure out before I start hunting.

I've never hunted the ground my log home sits on. There are deer here. I could have shot a doe off my deck the other day. I don't have alot but I do want to take a deer and a turkey off my own land some day. I do hunt the land that borders mine. I tried to buy it but just missed the high bid by $600.00.[&:]
