If I had to guess, dr....I'd say it was the one from a few weeks ago. This was only 150yds from that spot. It would "make sense" to me, based on what I remember and the evidence at hand (arrow).

Damn I hate to see that kind of thing. What a horrible experience for the poor little thing. I have a huge soft spot for animals in need like that. That's so terrible.
Okay, I'm done but I won't look at it again and hopefully can get it out of my mind.

I got a PM from a fellow forum member that said this was disrespectful to the animals. If you're offended by these photos and this story....I sincerely apologize. It was not my intention to do so.

:eek:Huh? I think we have all seen similar posts and photos(bear, deer, roadkill buck, etc.). Just telling a story of events in your area. A pic of a dead deer is a pic of a dead deer, how it dieddoesn't make it disrespetful to post, IMO.
