i found this link it is from the university ofwyoming it says it is not recommended by meat specialists to age a carcess with little tono fat cover as it losses moisture rapidly and excesive weight loss and surface discoloration my result it also say that a carces shot dead i 65 degree weather will be les tough thena carcess shot dead in 34 degree weather i am not saying one way or the otheris better i do not knwo enough to make that statment but thought this might help us all that do our own deer look at the link there is alot of good info there |
