i found this link it is from the university ofwyoming

it says it is not recommended by meat specialists to age a carcess with little tono fat cover as it losses moisture rapidly and excesive weight loss and surface discoloration my result

it also say that a carces shot dead i 65 degree weather will be les tough thena carcess shot dead in 34 degree weather

i am not saying one way or the otheris better i do not knwo enough to make that statment but thought this might help us all that do our own deer

hers another that ahs alot of info onself butcjering and even field dressing and from the shot to the table info

and some reciepes
