Default $12 a shot.....Is expensive shooting

From what I can gather.....(and you guys feel free to help me out, here).....the rage 2-blade heads are pretty much a one-time shot. I can't find replacement blades for them ANYWHERE. Kinsey's has removed the item from their catalog....and says they won't carry it...even if it comes back (because they've been so disappointed in the rage co. supplying them) in stock.

Does anyone know where I could get some replacement blades (2-blade)? I'm not a cheapskate......but dang it....that's expensive shooting for something I can't re-use.

LOL

Time to switch to a fixed head, Muzzy, Magnus, Thunderhead, etc....probably better anyhow and easier and cheaper to come by [8D]

Shoot a different braodhead. Perhaps a fixed blade with replaceable blades Yes, $12 a shot is rediculous. So far, on one arrow and broadheadcombo I have my buck from last year, my caribou from this year, and hopefully more to come. Switch broadheads, you'll feel better

I've got plenty of Muzzy's.....and plenty of replacement blades. I just like the results the Rage's produce. Why they can't provide a product they claim they can....is beyond me. What ever happened to striking while the iron's hot?

The shop is closed this week (owner is hunting, hm...) but if you remind me, I'll look in our supplier catalogs and see if I can find some next Wednesday evening.

I love the rage 2! Problem that I was having was I keep breaking the o-ring. I found this site to replace them. The also have replacement blades.

Hi all, we have them in our store https://shop.vanceoutdoors.com/product_info.php?cPath=9_33&products_id=14774 (these are the 2 blade replacements)

I am shooting these heads this year but have not had the oppertunity to test on any deer yet.

He shot Muzzys and switched to Rages for the holes, I dont' blame him. And I agree Jeff, $12 a shot is bad when your doing what your doing. It's alright when it's one a year like mentioned but wholly moolly.

I think about this too, add in the cost of the ACC when lost with the head. We joked about this up at RIck James' camp when we couldn't find my arrow. Matt's dad said he'd look for it. I laughed and said there's about $25 dollars laying out there. [&:] [8D]

I'll look out at our Gander Jeff, if they have them, want me to pick up some?

bowhuntingohio:

How do you order off that site without being able to pick the 2-balde or the 3-blade replacement blades? It's one item.
