Rob/PA Bowyer
As I sit here at 12:33 am, knowing that I have to wake up in 3.5 hours for work, I am humbled by the help that I recieved tonight from a fellow HN'r. I had no luck tonight hunting, but a friend of mine put, what he thought was a pretty good lick on a 9 point that he has been watching all summer. He texted messaged me that he had done so and waited two hours and started on what he thought would be a short search. I showed up an hour into his search and we followed blood for a few hundred yards into his woods. After losing blood down in a creek bottom, we did some grid searching with no success. We went back to the house to regroup when he asked if I knew anyone that could come and help us. I remembered an invitation from Rob/PA Bowyer, whom I had never met other than in these forums, stating that since we lived so close that I should call him if I was ever in need of help. I did so at 9:38 pm. By 10:05, he had driven 15 or more miles and with a bad wheel and all was quickly aiding us. He was able to get us to a point that will save my friend alot of time tomorrow at first light. Rob is a standup guy, not that many of you do not know this already, but he went to every length to help where he could and I wanted to make this known.

First call I make .......after every shot......is to Rob.
If he lived that close to me......We'd track 'em all, together. Kudos to Rob.....but that's what is cool about true sportsmen. I have no doubts there are plenty among us.

Well it's not like he has to get up for work in the morning! If he sleeps in he'll just miss the beginning of Regis and Kelly.
