I sat my 3rd Saturday in a row without sighting a deer in either my morning or afternoon sit. But....I did see 7 big gobblers, Friday....and 25 assorted turkeys on Saturday afternoon. If I thought they were decimating them, here.....I'd likely have a different outlook.
I saw this little guy (fox) on the last two Fridays in a row. I just can't do it. I don't even know if I have a season on them, here, or not. i haven't even looked. heck it might be a moot point!
I think they look great in people's game rooms, though.....when mounted in the right setting.

I've shot a few with my bow and yes as Frank mentioned you do need to have a Furtakers here in PA.
Matt, did you and Frank take notice to mine on top of the closet. I shot that one with a Rocket Steelhead 100gr and the hole wasn't thatbad. It did cut some hairs but the holeis unnoticeable.

Not long after we built our house I was looking out of our kitchen window and I spotted and gray for coming through our back yard. Well I went and picked up the Ol' Mathews and when I stepped outside the fox coming around the end of the house just walking. I stopped him and double lunged him at 18 yards.

I was at full draw on a nice on a couple years ago with a 4 blade Rocket Sidewinder tipped arrow and couldn't bring myself to shoot picturing what was about to happen. LOL

I have taken 2 fox(reds)and 3 coyotes by arrow, never hunting directly for themjust unfortunate passer by's, the #'s around our area are staggering and definetly put a hurting on turkey populations I take every opportunity to thin the pack.
