RE: How many of your kills?
approx 30/60 Id have to guess...haven't kept track in quite a while
one stat I know for sure....NEVER killed a good one with a bow (yet) [&:]
another one I know for sure....haven't killed a buck with a bow in 9yrs, haven't had one I felt was big enough to take. I guess I'm too picky, but I'd rather shoot a doe than a smaller buck

I started gunhunting back in 1977 and bow hunting in 1978, I only hunted 15-16years during that time span due to time constraints. I am 17/47 with my largest buck taken with a bow 125 2/8 net.

23 yrs , 5 different states, multiple states in 1yr........geez that's a lot of deer.
I have only 2 rifle kills. Last one was 19yrs ago. [:-]
6 or 7 with a Flintlock muzzleloader
and 40ish with a bow.
So long story short........like 40 out of 50?

RE: How many of your kills?
I have never purchased a biggame tag for gun. This is the start of my 51st year of Bowhunting biggame & some where over 100 + Deer. My 1st 34 or 38Biggame animals were taken with recurve or longbow & wood arrows. My 1st Deer was a Doe shot at 35 yds. with a 45# Eddings recurve, wood arrow hand fletched 4 flech in 1958 my 2nd year of Bowhuning. I have Squirrell, Rabbits, Coons, 1 flying Pheasant, 2 grouse Among various other small game-ALL WITH A BOW.
I have been fortunate to have enjoyed MANY Bowhunting trips with Elk, Black Bears, Caribou, Mule Deer & other Biggame. I have been blessed & now I enjoy my 1 son & 2 Daughters going with me. It just gets better.
